The 4006A is a small diaphragm omnidirectional modular electret condenser microphone. The microphone features high sensitivity, wide frequency response and low noise floor. It is configurable as 4006-A (MMP-A standard preamp), 4006-C (MMP-C compact preamp), 4006-ER (MMP-ER preamp with rear cable) and 4006-ES (MMP-ES preamp with side cable). Free-field grid. Close-miking grid. Diffuse-field grid. Foam windscreen. It replaces the previous non-modular 4006.
