The BP4002 omnidirectional dynamic microphone is tailored for extremely clear and articulate reproduction of spoken words. The omnidirectional polar pattern provides a natural reproduction of surrounding ambience. Featuring an extended handle that easily accommodates microphone flags, the BP4002 is ideal for all aspects of broadcast and remote news gathering: on-location interviews, ENG, EFP and sports applications. The microphone is designed to provide exceptional isolation from handling noise by means of a back-cavity assembly that floats inside the handle shell, it is ruggedly built to whit-stand daily outdoor use and features both a hardened-steel grille and an integral windscreen that protects against wind and breath noise. The BP4002 offers a 3-pin XLRM-type output connector and comes equipped with a slip-on foam windscreen, vinyl carrying case, soft protective pouch, and professional stand clamp. It is available with an omnidirectional polar pattern as the BP4001.
