The AT5045 is a premium hand built large diaphragm condenser microphone with a slim body featuring very low noise and high SPL capability. It uses discrete components for optimised capsule performance. The capsule is a large single diaphragm rectangular one, offering improved transient response and increased bandwidth. The AT5045 output is transformer coupled. The AT5045 is ideal for recording piano, overheads and acoustic instruments. It is also available in stereo pairs. The microphone includes an AT8482 shock mount, AT8165 windscreen and a custom hard-shell carry case with room for up to two microphones.
