The ACCX is a single external microphone system for accordion. It includes an external bracket that mounts via 3M tape to the front or side of any size or type of accordion. This bracket can accept and mount up to three AMT microphones allowing different recording techniques. If needed two microphones can be placed in front of the grill of the accordion and the direction for the third microphone can be reversed to pickup the left hand of the instrument. The kit includes 1 microphone with the ACCX accordion clamp as well as 1 preamp needed to power the microphone. Additional microphones can be purchased separately. The included inline preamp can be placed on the floor, on a belt clip, or in a pocket and has a low roll-off switch as well as a switchable 10 dB attenuation pad. Includes soft carrying pouch, inline preamp and mounting bracket.
