The D 45 is a dynamic microphone for film sound recording applications. It features an integrated elastic suspension mount and an S 36 control box with four selectable polar patterns: omnidirectional, front cardioid, rear cardioid and bidirectional. The dual large capsule elements are coupled to internal resonant chambers providing fuller bass frequency response between 60 and 120 Hz. The microphone has a switchable -7dB or -12 dB, 50 Hz bass attenuation filter. The microphone has a 5-pin DIN connector to the control box. The box has a 3-pin DIN male output. Includes wooden microphone box.
