The C 214 is a lower cost version of the C 414 using a large diaphragm (1 inch) back electret capsule. It is single-sided and fixed cardioid pattern. The capsule is internally suspended in the die-cast body, making it extremely robust. It can also work with a Max SPL of 156 dB due to the provision of a 20 dB pad.
