The CMV 5/B is a large diaphragm bottle shaped (Flasche) tube amplifier body with interchangeable M 7, M 8 and M 9 bayonet capsules. The amplifier is based around a EF12 vacuum tube. It features an integrated 1/2″ tripod stand next to the output connector. It was produced between 1946 and 1954 in several versions, CMV 5 (RE084 K), CMV 5 II (EF12 K), CMV 5 III (VF14), CMV 5a (RE084 K), CMV 5a II (EF12 K), CMV 5a III (VF14), CMV 5/B (EF12 K) and CMV 5/BII (EF12 K).
