The C705 is a single centre terminated diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone. The capsule is derived from the C715. The circuit employs a discrete FET cascode input and a symmetrical transformer-less output circuits derived from the C716. It is ideal for both vocals and instruments recording. The capsule is internally shock mounted and offset within the offset grille structure to avoid vibrations and internal reflections.
