The GA-47 Extended is similar to the standard GA-47 but offers the added flexibility of a removable capsule head as in the original U47. Vintage heads can be used as well as Golden Age Premier heads. The GA-47 Extended has a polar pattern switch on the front of the microphone and a vintage style cable socket. The microphone comes with a S47d capsule head which is a M7/K47 style capsule, with a D35d, a K67 style capsule or both.
