The Oliver FET is a transformer-less cardioid condenser microphone equipped with a BeesNeez single backplate K7 capsule, which is a perfect replica of the K47. The diaphragm is 6 micron DuPont, in house framed, sputtered and tuned. Its transformer-less FET design creates a very fast and snappy sound, but still captures the sound of its vintage counterparts. The microphone includes a suspension shock mount.
