The FM360, FM500 and FM720 microphones use the cardioid design of the SR69 allied to a flexible gooseneck mount – the lengths are designated by the suffix (mm). The response is flat +/-2dB for use at 150 mm. Impulse response is fast and clean to minimise time smearing effects. The gooseneck design is intended not only for conventional podium use but also to make close-miking of instruments easier, and the range is suitable for hanging choir use. Loads down to 600 ohms can be driven with a pro-rata reduction in Max SPL performance.
