The VM1S is a stereo version of the VM1. The VM1S has two matched capsule sets and one set is in a housing that can be rotated to change the angle of it relative to the other. The VMS1 uses the same Brauner SM shock mount used with the (mono) VM1. The VMS1 comes with a Brauner PS2 Power Supply with twin identical channels for independent continuously variable pattern control of each mic. The power can be switched individually for each channel so that the microphone can be used in a mono mode as well.
