The KR-2WA is 1/2 inch capsule wide cardioid capsule for use with the KA-04 preamplifier. The construction uses a 4 micron Mylar diaphragm. It is particularly suitable for speech and string instruments and suffers relatively little proximity effect while having useful directionality.
