The CUB-01 is a boundary electret condenser microphone with a unique square-shaped capsule housing the diaphragm. This proprietary design is used to enlarge the effective area of the diaphragm. Due to the CUB-01’s cardioid directional characteristics, human narration and dialogue are clearly recorded while eliminating unnecessary background noise. Thanks to its small size it is easy concealed from the camera, and can be positioned in a variety of environments, for example, attached to the ceiling of a car with two-sided sticky tape. The CUB-01 is ideal for TV and film field shooting , broadcast studio production and conference table recording. It is available in Grey, Beige or White. Includes 2 rubber bases, urethane windscreen and vinyl case.
