The ASF-2 MKII is a miniature omnidirectional Hydrophone microphone for underwater recording applications equipped with a specially formulated NBR capsule. Its frequency response is tailored towards eliminating low frequency cable noise. The microphone housing is machined out of high-quality aluminum with an anodised exterior for protection against seawater corrosion, while the 10 m polyurethane cable is cast into the housing for a water-tight seal. Terminated with an XLR connector and powered by 48V Phantom, the ASF-II MKII hydrophone is designed for plug-and-play use with professional field mixers and recorders.
