The 505B is a rugged n”Controlled Reluctance” handheld microphone from the “Ranger” series. It is designed for high speech intelligibility, ideal for outdoor public address, mobile communications, ham radio and audience participation shows. It fits snugly in the palm of the hand and has a heavy-duty double-pole, single-throw, leaf-type switch for push-to-talk operation. Includes 5 ft. four-conductor shielded cable. The 505C variant has high-impedance and 5 ft. three-conductor shielded cable while the 505K has an Amphenol MCM4 connector and 5.5 ft. coiled three-conductor cable.
