The DirtMic-01 is an omnidirectional dynamic microphone based on the Superlux D112 with the addition of a distortion pedal circuit to the existing microphone. The circuit has been designed to run off 48v phantom power and it is transformer balanced and therefore can be directly plugged into any mixer or interface via the XLR connector. The amount of gain is controlled by the “pre-gain” volume pot on the microphone itself. The DirtMic-01 has been primarily designed to be a recording microphone. Includes DirtMount microphone stand clip.
