The Polyvox 711 is a general purpose handheld cardioid dynamic microphone for professional sound reinforcement or recording. It is ideal for vocals, instruments, public address, ensembles, choirs and theatre applications. The microphone features a built-in phantom powered programmable processor that improves the sound quality for a wide range of applications. The processor is self-adjusting to the incoming sound but can also be reprogrammed by the user for different applications or customised for a particular style or preference. Reprogramming is done with a free online programming tool. The Polyvox 711 frequency response is tailored for accurate sound pickup with a balance of accuracy and feedback rejection. It has a flatter midrange and a powerful bass response compared to the Primovox 111 and is therefore used with sound sourced positioned further away (15 cm or more) from the microphone.
