The GMT-19A is a handmade large diaphragm transformer-coupled J-FET cardioid microphone. It features a single back-plate brass capsule with 3-micron gold-sputtered Mylar diaphragm, Vishay resistors and high-end capacitors. The capsule is internally shock-mounted and the microphone employs a “slow-start” phantom power circuit. It is ideal for studio recording applications including vocal, drums, piano and guitars. Includes mini swivel mount and wooden storage box.
