The V2 is a bidirectional ribbon velocity microphone designed for high quality public address and recording applications. It is a larger heavier-duty version of the compact and smaller V1. It features a 0.17″ wide ribbon element internally shock-mounted by means of four decoupling springs attached between the internal frame and two horseshoe magnets surrounding the flat pole pieces. The V2 is equipped with an on/off switch. The microphone is finished in baked black crystal and chromium. Includes lockable steel reinforced cradle mount, swivel and 6′ shielded cable.
