The DS35 is a rugged cardioid dynamic microphone for professional sound reinforcement applications. It features an exclusive volumetric-hologram designed diaphragm providing wide and linear response at all angles of incidence with no off-axis colouration. The microphone head subassembly is shock-mounted in the case by a pneumatic absorber system that isolates the capsule from mechanical noise. The DS35 also features an integral pop filter to minimise plosive noise and at the same time protect the diaphragm from dirt and magnetic particles. The diaphragm is the exclusive ElectroVoice Acoustalloy with a laminated Volumetric dome, providing a smooth frequency response while being insensitive to high humidity, extreme temperatures and corrosion resistant. Includes a 15-foot (457 cm), 2-conductor shielded, synthetic rubber-jacketed cable and model 312A clamp. It is finished in fawn beige micomatte.
