The MS-LAV-3 is an omnidirectional lapel microphone that can be used with its cable or detached as a plug-in microphone. It is available with 3 different microphone element choices. The ultra-low noise option has 17dB less noise (hiss), 10 dB more sensitivity and 10 dB higher max SPL than the standard model with a low of equivalent self noise of 19 dB. The cable is available in two lengths and is terminated in 3.5mm (1/8 inch) right angle, gold plated male Neutrik connector. Longer cables are available upon request. The MS-LAV-3 is also available with other connectors (XLR male, iPhone, etc). It can work with 2-12vdc plug-in power, power from battery module, or phantom power with optional power converter adapter. A lapel clip and removable premium foam windscreen are included.
