The MX396 is a multi-element boundary microphone designed for conference rooms installations with CommShield technology for excellent RF interference protection. It is available in a Dual-Element version from 0° to 180° for cross-table coverage or a Tri-Element 90°-0°-90°, adjustable to 120°-120°-120° for centre or end of table coverage. The MX396/C-DUAL contains two back electret cardioid elements, while the MX396/C-TRI contains three back electret cardioid elements. Each element has its own individual audio output. It has an attached 6.1 m (20 ft.) unterminated cable with three shielded audio pairs and three shielded conductors for logic control. The MX396 also features a bi-colour status indicator, programmable mute switch, logic input/output for remote LED and mute control. Includes fastening wing nut, fastening tube and rubber isolation rings.
