The NTG2 is a lightweight shotgun-style condenser microphone similar to the NTG-1 but which can be either phantom or internal battery powered (AA 1.5V). The output impedance is 350 ohm when battery powered. It is aimed at film, video and production applications. Its weight makes it an ideal boom microphone. It features a switchable 80 Hz low-cut filter to minimise rumble noise. Includes windshield, microphone clamp and pouch.
