The MC47 is a transformer-less Class A large dual diaphragm mono and stereo condenser microphone. It has a variable angle that ranges from 0 to 90 degrees. The two capsules can be summed down to mono when needed, effectively doubling the microphone output without altering the self noise. In its mono configuration the microphone ranges from cardioid to very wide cardioid polar pattern. The internally shock mounted capsules are made of ultra-thin 3-micron polyethylene terephthalate film and undergo a special ageing process to guarantee long term stability. Includes 5-pin XLR to dual 3-pin XLR cable and wooden case. Each Nevaton microphone is supplied with a printout of its individual frequency response.
