The M 960 is a compact large diaphragm transformer-less omnidirectional condenser microphone designed for diffuse field pickup. The microphone exhibits a presence boost in the 4 kHz to 12 kHz range. It is well suited for outside recordings or as a far field microphone in choir and orchestra recordings in concert halls, churches and theatres. It employs an internally shock-mounted capsule with a PE diaphragm. It features an extreme dynamic range and low noise floor. Includes wooden box and MH 93.1 microphone holder.
