The M 900 is a large diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone. The capsule has a ceramic backplate with a gold sputtered mylar diaphragm. It is ideal for both instrument and vocal recording and exhibits a well balanced frequency response both in the free field and in the diffuse field with proximity effect appearing only when used at very close distance. The microphone basket features an integrated pop filter to minimise plosives. The M 900 is equipped with a switchable 10 dB attenuation pad and a 10 dB at 90 Hz roll-off filter. Includes wooden box.
