The LCT 840 is a large diaphragm multi pattern tube condenser microphone. It features a centre terminated 1″ capsule with 3 micron gold layered dual diaphragms and a 12AX7 tube circuit. It is ideal for vocal and instrument recording including orchestras. The included remote control works as a power supply as well as pattern selection, attenuation and low-cut control interface. Available polar patterns are: omnidirectional, wide cardioid, cardioid, super-cardioid, and figure of eight Includes shock mount, windscreen, LCT 840 PSU, 11-pin microphone cable and protective case.
